Female employee is fairly difficult to develop their careers. However, whether this condition should be a barrier the desire of a woman to step ahead of the day?

Isabell Welpe, one of the researchers, said that a good leader and rewarded subordinates shall have the authority and skill in casting a conducive working aura. Not too casual and not too serious.
