Women can actually represent all aspects of life, ranging from the organization, profession, up to leadership.
The lack of representation of women in various fields has become a moral issue of gender inequality and practical issues of productivity and staff retention.
"Today many people believe women at risk to be placed in the position of a leader as risky or dangerous," said Professor at the University of Exeter, Michelle Ryan, quoted by Science Daily, Friday (24/4).
Ryan found that the balance of career and life of women is closely related to the identity and sense of belonging. Meanwhile, the conflict played a minor role in influencing the perception of the balance of career and work. During the women feel comfortable with what they are doing then they could succeed in his profession.
If women feel weak and uncomfortable with his life, but they still dressed as comfortable and fine, then this is the negative implications for them.
