"You can control your body temperature yourself by changing your eating habits and eating foods that can help you maintain body temperature," says HOD of Dietetics, Nidhi Dhawan, as reported by the Health Me Up, Thursday (26/2).
Dhawan explain what causes your body to produce excess heat, how it can be detected and some practical tips foods and drinks that can help alleviate it.
1. What causes your body to produce excess heat?
