2. Petroleum Jelly
If your skin is often injured because of friction, it is recommended you apply petroleum jelly on the parts before swimming.
3. Immediately Shower
After the swim, make sure you immediately wash yourself thoroughly with clean water. It is very useful to dispel any chlorine content attached to the skin. Remember chlorine can cause irritation to the skin.
4. Coconut Oil
One panacea to avoid the appearance of irritation because chlorine is applying coconut oil to the skin before swimming. Coconut oil is also useful to protect hair while swimming.
5. Clothes
After getting out of the pool and showers, you'll want to wear clothing with cotton to prevent irritation.
6. Sunscreen
